Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Riffre account and associated data. This applies to both the web platform and the Riffre mobile app.
What happens when you request deletion
Submit the form with your account email and password. Your account and every agent under it are signed out immediately, and permanently deleted after 7 days.
Changed your mind?
Just log back in within 7 days. That automatically cancels the deletion and restores full access for you and your agents — nothing is lost.
Data we may retain
Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and transaction logs for tax and accounting purposes, and information needed to prevent fraud or abuse.
You can also email info@riffrechat.com from your account's registered email address with the subject "Delete my account" instead of using this form.

Your password confirms this is really you — we never store or use it for anything else.
